This lasting partnership allows us to feature products like our time tested, premium ground Chuck line-up, which features our proprietary single grind patty process that provides superior texture, juiciness and flavor, this along with our specialty blended patty program, which are known to be the most unique patties in the Pacific Northwest.

Newport is committed to supplying our customers with the highest-quality beef in every grade. Whether it is American Kobe Beef, U.S.D.A. Prime, Certified Angus Beef®, Choice, Select or all Natural Beef, our customers receive the finest aged beef available.
Our natural beef originates from beef breeds which have been sustainably raised on family ranches. In order for these cattle to qualify as our definition of “Natural”, they are never administered antibiotics or growth hormones and are fed a 100% vegetarian diet.
Newport is extremely selective in our fresh, all natural pork program. We have a variety of smoked and cured meats as well as two premium pork options. Our goal is to serve pork with the flavor we grew up with.
Newport offers the finest lamb products available. Our lambs are locally raised in Central California and are hand selected for size and muscle confirmation to meet the rigid specifications demanded by our chef customers.
Newport takes exceptional pride in offering a diverse range of poultry products for our most demanding customers. Whether your menu calls for fresh, natural raised chicken, or our more competitively priced commodity type birds, Newport has a full range of Chicken, Turkey, Ducks and specialty game birds you’ll be proud to serve your guests.
Newport has created a premium veal program with a group of family farmers in Eastern Pennsylvania. Each farm raises less than 200 calves, and must undergo a comprehensive grower certification program. This program is designed to provide the best practices that will deliver unmatched quality.
