Our meats are produced in state of the art production facilities that are USDA, SQF3 and FDA inspected, with an inspector onsite everyday whenever the plant is in operation. Additionally, our facilities feature a fully implemented Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program, Standard Sanitation Operation Procedures (SSOP), a complete Food Safety and Quality Assurance staff, microbiological testing and a rigorous allergen control plan so that you can be sure the product you receive is of the highest quality.
