We joined the Sysco family in 1999, opened our 77,000 Sq.ft. USDA-inspected SQF level 3 plant in 2003. Specializing in custom wet and dry aging - portioned beef, pork, lamb, veal, specialty meat items & fresh sustainable seafood.
We are the butcher shop for 10 Sysco Midwest foodservice companies and now offering a direct Buckhead Meat & Seafood service to downtown Chicago.
