Crown I Enterprises, a division of Sysco SSMG, is a 40,000 square foot state of the art SQF certified fresh Food Manufacturing facility located at Bay Shore, NY. Crown I Enterprises has been in operation for over 12 years with three operating business divisions consisting of Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Cuts, Raw Value-Added Meats, and Ready to Eat Meal Solutions.
In August 2019 Crown I Enterprises, formally part of J. Kings Food Service distributor, was acquired and became part of Sysco Corporation.
WB Stockyard, our USDA cutting facility, combines automated processing as well as hand cut portion-controlled products, cut to our customers specifications, resulting in value added products, with little to no waste to the customer.
Kitchen Cuts, our produce processing division provides an assortment of fresh produce and vegetables cut to various specifications in line with varied customer needs.
Restaurant Row Kitchens, provides fresh ready-to-eat proteins, entrees and sides in single serve and bulk packaging at a reasonable price with extended shelf life through modified atmosphere packaging.
