IMPAC® Program Suite

The IMPAC® Program Suite consists of menu and resident management systems and is designed primarily for Senior Living including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living. Our programs expand into other areas such as small acute care hospitals, rehab centers, Meal on Wheels®, mental health and drug addiction centers, and various camps.

MENUS TO DIFFERENTIATE YOUR CORPORATE OFFERING:  Corporate Menu Management provides ability to customize menus and publish to communities.

ROBUST INTEGRATION TO MAXIMIZE EFFICIENCY & YOUR BUDGET: NetIMPAC® offers flexibility and integration to customize menus and recipes and includes reporting, ordering, and up-to-date pricing with customer-specific order guide.

TURNKEY MENU SOLUTION: IMPAC® Direct includes menus, production, and purchasing electronic reports that can be printed onsite.

Recipe Database

The IMPAC® Program Suite recipe database, governed by a corporate team of nutritionists and registered dietitians with 130+ years of experience, provides 26,000+ HACCP-compliant recipes incorporating both upscale and traditional options.   

PROVIDE YOUR PATIENTS WITH ON-TREND MENUS:  An ever-evolving resource, new products and recipes are added each cycle, keeping the database fresh and on-trend.   

SAVES YOU VALUABLE TIME: Each regular version of a recipe is coded to spread to 28 therapeutic diet types.   

INTEGRATION FOR SMOOTH & EFFICIENT OPERATIONS: Recipes include attributes such as prep area, advanced production, and assignment of 500+ traits.

Resident Data

Systems include NetTraycard & Dining Select with an optional add-on, Mobile Dining, offering varying levels of integration with the menu systems.

DRIVE EFFICIENCY: Integration with EMR systems, drop-down lists, and an option to order via tablet simplifies data input and promotes data integrity.

ENHANCE RESIDIENT SATISFACTION: Resident-preference data entry and key reports assist in honoring resident requests.

The eNutrition Program contains nutrition and related information for the products Sysco distributes. Data in eNutrition is ingested by Sysco Shop and other order entry systems.

Access diet types, ingredients, allergens and nutrient values by searching the product catalog by SUPC or description.

Utilize the online interactive platform to create, scale, and analyze custom recipes for nutrient content.
