We’ve discovered that diversity in our brands isn’t just good for our image; it’s also good for business. In just the last year, SYSCO specialty brands have grown 8.7 percent in the number
of cases ordered—and an astounding 20 percent in total sales dollars.

Additionally, during the same time period, SYSCO’s traditional, or nonspecialty, brands grew 3.3 percent in case sales and 10.6 percent in dollar sales.
