We have made progress and have opportunities to continue to improve. While our business has become more complex and sophisticated, it is challenging to interest and attract a diversity of individuals, although we are making definite progress. (See Chart #3 and Chart #4).

We also are a business partner that is supportive of minority and women-owned suppliers, again reflecting the diversity of our customers, of consumers and of the many product choices available.
