Sysco S.T.E.P. (System to Entry-Level Promotion) is an independent-study program designed to provide motivated associates with basic training on key management concepts, while introducing them to leadership behaviors required of supervisors and district sales managers. The S.T.E.P. program has been an outstanding asset in our mission to improve inclusion at every level, and participation in the program continues to grow each year.
